Our Mission
This scholarship is funded by family and friends of these amazing teachers with a mission is to financially help a graduating Yorkville School District senior with the cost of schooling to become a teacher, and in so doing, the legacy of Peggy, Ann and Arlene continue to make a difference in children's lives. They believed in the power of community and through their teaching methods strived to give her students self-confidence and to create an environment where every child is important.
Our Story
Founded in 2023, Peggy Grant, Ann Brown, Arlene Switalski, Scholarship
was formed by friends and family that wanted to unite not only three of the most influential Yorkville teachers, but three best friends forever.
